Difference Between in Piles and Anal Fissure

There is always a confusion among patients about Piles and Fissure. The presentation of both the diseases is almost same. Both the diseases have common symptoms like itching and bleeding in stool. But the major difference is the experience of intense pain with bleeding. There is severe and intense pain in Anal Fissure. However, there is no pain or very mild pain with bleeding in Piles and Hemorrhoids. 

Causes of Piles
